Call of Juarez is an epic adventure western themed FPS game. The player alternately assumes the roles of two distinct, antagonistic characters: a sneaking fugitive Billy and his hunter the reverend Ray. Apart from the highly interesting, emotional and psychological aspect of the link between the two characters, the player will experience a variety of gameplay with many differences whilst playing a particular character.

The game features fast paced revolver duels using historically accurate firearms, horseback riding, mounted combat and stealth actions in memorable locations set after Western movies. Emergent gameplay based on accurate simulation of not only rigid bodies and rag-dolls but also liquids, gases, fire and smoke makes the gameplay innovative and non-linear.

Floppy tengo problemas con el Call of Juarez 1

me da un error de runtimes c++ al entrar o buscar temas de error hay poca información salvo tal vez reinstalar java, lo cual hice pero nada.

Instalé y ejecuté con antivirus off en ruta corta. Pero el juego usa algo llamado Chromed? chomewizard... parece un motor grafico basado en java. Voy a bajar una version completa, tal vez en los goodies o en la carpeta full halle algún addon que el juego requiera o que el instalador no haya descomprimido por culpa de mi compu. Te dejo el dato y ya te aviso como me fue.

EDIT, instalé una version full de blizzboy y funciona, voy a las carpetas base y noto una diferencia de 10 archivos.

Me tomé la tarea de reemplazar uno por uno y tras probar con estos 4 se resolvió

Normalmente instalo los juegos bajo Linux y los repacks una vez hecho los testeo bajo un windows 7 que solo lo uso para ese motivo, para así  saber si el repack funciona bien o le faltan registros, librerias y quien sabe que, a mi no me dió ningún problema, uso un Windows 7 de esos "Todo-en-uno" con las .net 4.52, java JRE 8

Creo que ya lo resolví, es que cuando instalaba la version de blizzboygames se modificaba la ruta de registro con la version FULL y no la kps y por eso no quedó del todo bien.

En ambas versiones full y kps habia un archivo de registro regme.bat el cual si ejecuté pero que no dió resultado cuando me falló al principio.

Exporté el .reg del full y lo edité con la ruta kps y me funcionó. Te lo anexo de ejemplo, edité 2 lineas que son la ruta de instalación y la clave serial del juego, pero no se de  codigos que lean cualquier otra ruta.

Los 4 archivos que dejé arriba pesan lo mismo de la kps, no sé si tuvieron que ver en algo, no creo.

Salu2 y gracias floppy, lo probé y está fantastico!

He localizado un error en el regme.bat, parece que le puse una versión no 100% funcional

Curiosamente con ese "error" el juego arrancaba tranquilamente

El 7z incluye el fichero regme.bat y uninstall.bat ya modificados, este fallo afecta al Call of Juarez y al Gunslinger

El Call of Juarez es muy hijodeputa con el tema de los registros

Antes de instalar el Gunslinger dale una ojeada al setup.bat que tiene estos parámetros, lo qu ehace es crear esos directorio

He probado toda esta saga de vaqueros, los primeros juegos algo toscos pero interesantes, salvo por un par de mecanicas feas,

el gunslinger si es muy divertido, los fallos de registro solo ocurrieron con el primer juego, el resto si normal. Gracias Floppy.

Creado setup nuevo para el kps.call.of.juarez.gunslinger que elimina ciertos pasos del instalador que no son necesarios, el previo funciona sin problemas, si os lo bajasteis no hace falta bajar este nuevo
