¿Alguna vez quisiste redirigir el poder a los escudos, configurar los phasers para aturdir o incluso expulsar el núcleo warp? Bueno, ahora puedes! En FTL, experimentas la atmósfera de correr una nave espacial tratando de salvar la galaxia. Es una misión peligrosa, con cada encuentro que presenta un desafío único con múltiples soluciones. ¿Qué harás si una gran cantidad de proyectiles de misiles cierra tus escudos? ¿Redirigir todo el poder a los motores en un intento de escapar, encender armas adicionales para hacer volar a tu enemigo del cielo, o luchar contra ellos con un grupo de abordaje? Esta "simulación de nave espacial como la de un roguelike" te permite llevar a tu nave y tu tripulación a una aventura a través de una galaxia generada al azar llena de gloria y amarga derrota.
La compleja jugabilidad estratégica de FTL te permite dar órdenes a tu tripulación, administrar la distribución de poder del barco y elegir objetivos de armas en el fragor de la batalla. Encontrarás formas de vida y tecnología extraterrestre únicas. Puedes mejorar tu nave y desbloquear otras nuevas con la ayuda de seis razas alienígenas diferentes. Sé el capitán que deseas: cientos de encuentros basados en texto te obligarán a tomar decisiones difíciles. En la galaxia aleatoria, cada jugada contará con diferentes enemigos, eventos y resultados para tus decisiones. Cada vez que juegues otra sesión desafiante de FTL: más rápido que la luz, no será exactamente lo mismo.

Did you ever want to reroute power to the shields, set phasers to stun, or
even eject the warp core? Well, now you can! In FTL, you experience the
atmosphere of running a spaceship trying to save the galaxy.
It's a dangerous mission, with every encounter presenting a unique
challenge with multiple solutions. What will you do if a heavy missile
barrage shuts down your shields?
Reroute all power to the engines in an attempt to escape, power up
additional weapons to blow your enemy out of the sky, or take the fight
to them with a boarding party? This "spaceship simulation roguelike-like"
allows you to take your ship and crew on an adventure through a randomly
generated galaxy filled with glory and bitter defeat.
FTL's complex strategic gameplay allows you to give orders to your crew,
manage ship power distribution, and choose weapon targets in the heat
of battle. You will encounter unique alien lifeforms and technology.
You can upgrade your ship and unlock new ones with the help of six
diverse alien races. Be the Captain you want: hundreds of text based
encounters will force you to make tough decisions. In the randomized
galaxy each play-through will feature different enemies, events, and
results to your decisions.
Each time you play another challenging session of FTL:Faster Than
Light, it won't be quite the same.
