College dropout Mae Borowski returns home to the crumbling former mining town of Possum Springs seeking to resume her aimless former life and reconnect with the friends she left behind. NIGHT IN THE WOODS is an adventure game focused on exploration, story, and character, featuring dozens of characters to meet and lots to do across a lush, vibrant world. After a successful Kickstarter it's being made by Infinite Fall, a teamup of Alec Holowka (Aquaria), Scott Benson (Late Night Work Club), and Bethany Hockenberry.

-If still crashing try to compile yourself the tool

How to compile the tool
========================
-Uncompress the file p7zip.src.7z
-Install the g++ compiler [sudo apt-get install g++]
-Enter in the directory and type [make && make 7zG] and wait..
-If the compilation worked, copy the files 7zG and 7z.so, they
are in the folder bin, try again, if it works then overwrite this
files and now is time to go to the installation instructions

-If you don't want to compile or shits like that just use the
setup2.sh and go to the point 3 of the installation instructions

Gracias por el juego, Fl0ppy. Vamos a echarle un ojo, tan bien que lo valoran.
Una pregunta: en juegos como este, que la instalación crea dos carpetas (WIN32 y WIN64), ¿puede borrarse la que corresponde al SO que no se usa? Supongo que sí, pero por preguntar...Ya sabes que vivo mendigando megas, y esos 4,5 Gb's del WIN32 me vienen muy bien, :juas:

Si, no hay problema, en los MULTI_OS más nuevos el setup ya está preparado para instalar el SO que quieres

Pues no entiendo por qué, pero una vez se borra la carpeta WIN32 no arranca el juego.
Sale el icono en la barra de tareas pero a los pocos segundos se para el proceso, sin ventanas de error ni nada.
Me es igual, se tarda 2 minutos en instalarlo otra vez, pero me parece extraño.

Creada versión nueva actualizada, cabe recordar que solo es para sistemas de 64 bits (la release de Reloaded y la de GOG son así), excepto Linux, que es 32 y 64 bits

Buenas Fl0ppy, ¿qué versión es la de la última subida?
Es que ayer mismo la gente de clandlan subió después de mucho tiempo la traducción (otros con una paciencia infinita, teniendo que rehacer el trabajo después de cada puta actualización) pero no me funciona. De hecho tengo el mismo error que reporta una persona en el foro, y dicen que puede tratarse de que el juego no está actualizado, pero viendo la fecha en que hiciste el repack y buscando por internet, no encuentro nada acerca de alguna nueva update.
Se supone que la traducción es para la build 404 Weird Autumn.

Estoy haciendo un parche que actualiza la versión de KPS a la Build404 y de paso lo convierte al español, calculo que serán unos 47 mb's
A ver si los del clandlan se animan con los datos de la versión de Linux

Joder Fl0ppy, qué velocidad. Funciona perfectamente, muchísimas gracias.
Con las ganas que le tenía a este juego y ya había pensado que clandlan abandonaría la traducción y me tocaría jugarle en inglés. Y el tema no es sólo el entenderlo (que por ese lado no habría mucho problema) sino que al tener mucho texto acabo cansándome y pasando de la historia, y en juegos cuyo fuerte es esta, es como tirar a la basura un gran juego. Vamos, que me gusta leer y entiendo el inglés, pero me carga leer en inglés; no sé si me explico :juas:.

Solo un apunte: el contenido del rar tiene que extraerse en la carpeta de instalación, pero dentro de la carpeta "windows" para que se sustituyan correctamente los archivos de la carpeta "Night in the Woods_Data" (aunque supongo que de no hacerlo así bastaría con sobreescribir manualmente).

He echado un ojo por su foro y ni es compatible, ni tienen pensado actualizarlo de momento. Al principio dijeron:

Pero un usuario subió los archivos de la actualización de Steam y por lo visto, aunque es pequeña, cambia todos los assets por lo que tendrían que rehacer todo. Así que, habiendo una versión funcional, lo van a aparcar hasta que el juego esté estable (y, según mi opinión y viendo el funcionamiento de los videojuegos, será allá por el 2038 >:( ).

Hola! una duda, entiendo que hay diferentes versiones 404 etc siendo la 406 la mas nueva, pero he leído que hay varias traducciones, la dlan y otra que pesa como 45 MB

Segun el post principal hay que usar la traduccion dlan, mi pregunta es si puedo usar el parche de 45 MB y de ser así, donde está? :o creo que los links cayeron. Si el parche de 45MB no sirve para la 406 pues ni modo pero aun le podría hacer falta a alguien, gracias y tremendos aportes se hacen aquí, sobretodo el talento para reducir estos juegazos! un salu2

Ambas cosas, puede ser que ese de 45MB solo sea texto, los de Clandlan también tradujeron las texturas por eso ocupa unos 272 MB

Lo mejor es que contactes con los traductores del clandan a ver si se animan para traducir la verisón de 32 bits y quien sabe si también la de Linux
